Hello my dear!
ReplyDeleteIn order to create a link to Lisa's webpage here's what you do.
First go to this website:
http://www.davesite.com/webstation/html/chap04.shtml
Scroll down till you see "Anchored Link".
Do you see where it says, "Visit Dave's Site"?
Notice that "Dave's Site" is in blue?
Right below that is the exact code you type when you want to create a link to someone else's website.
Everything between the quotation marks (") is the website URL you want your reader to go to.
After that, where it says, Dave's site, is what you would type in that you want highlighted in blue.
In your case, you might want to type in
Candle lite quilters blog,
or something of that nature.
After you type that code in enough times, it becomes second nature, and you will memorize it.
In the meantime, write it down on a post-it note or soemthing and stick it beside your computer.
When I was first teaching myself code like this, I had all kinds of sticky notes beside my laptop.
Email me if you have any questions.
love you!
